PRG Request form

To ensure timely processing, all projects meeting PRG review criteria must be submitted through the PRG Submission Site by the applicable deadline listed on the PRG schedule.
PRG review is required for:

- Procurements expected to exceed $50,000
- Projects subject to SBR or SBP designation
- Projects requiring evaluation of MBE and VSBE participation goals (typically over $100,000)

Submissions must include all required documentation (PRG Coversheet, PRG Request Form, Scope of Work, Project Description, and Engineer’s Estimate, if applicable). Failure to submit complete documentation by the stated deadline will result in the project being scheduled for the next available PRG meeting. All PRG requests must be submitted through the PRG Submission Site. Email submissions are no longer accepted.

PRG Meetings are held bi-weekly via Microsoft Teams, starting at 1:00 pm
